1. Terms of Business (TOB)

1.1 Ordering and Product Information

Ingrained Bespoke provides a range of prefabricated and fully bespoke furniture and home fittings. Each product is made to the customer’s specification, with various options for size, finish, colour, and accessories. Customers are responsible for confirming their selections before finalising an order.

1.2 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
• Full payment is required at the point of purchase.
• Bespoke production begins only once payment and all custom specifications have been confirmed.

1.3 Cancellations & Amendments

• Painted or primed products: Cancellations are permitted within 3 weeks of order confirmation.
• Unfinished products: Cancellations are permitted within 2 weeks of order confirmation.
• Bespoke products cannot be cancelled outside of these timeframes.
• Amendments may be possible if agreed by Ingrained Bespoke before production begins. Additional charges may apply and are subject to availability and production schedules.

1.4 Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery is £95 within the Glasgow area and £195 across the rest of the UK (mainland only).
• Typical lead time is up to 6 weeks, subject to confirmation.
• Priority shipping or international delivery is available only by prior agreement.
• The customer must be present at delivery unless pre-agreed otherwise.
• Delivery is kerbside unless installation has been agreed separately.

1.5 Installation Services

• Installation is available on a case-by-case basis following consultation with Ingrained Bespoke.
• Installation is quoted separately and is not included in standard product pricing.
• Ingrained Bespoke reserves the right to decline installation services at its discretion.

1.6 Returns & Refunds

• Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Prefabricated items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Any product issues or defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

1.7 Warranty

• Hardware components (hinges, drawer runners, etc.) are covered by a 10-year warranty.
• A 2-year workmanship warranty applies to all fitted furniture.
• Faults must be reported within 30 days of discovery to qualify for warranty assistance.
• Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or third-party alterations is not covered.

1.8 Customer Accounts

• Customers may create an account to save preferences and speed up future orders.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account login and notifying us of any unauthorised access.
• Ingrained Bespoke is not liable for account misuse resulting from negligence.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

Ingrained Bespoke is not liable for:

• Delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or material shortages.
• Natural variations in timber colour or grain, or display discrepancies due to screen resolution.
• Minor discrepancies in dimensions or finish that fall within acceptable industry tolerances.
• Any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the item(s) in question.

All content—including text, photography, logos, design elements, and product configurations—is the property of Ingrained Bespoke and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

2.4 Customer Accounts

Customers who register for an account agree to:

• Provide accurate personal details.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Notify us of any unauthorised account activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts suspected of misuse.

2.5 Communications

By placing an order or registering an account, you agree to receive transactional emails from Ingrained Bespoke related to your order, shipping, or updates.

You may separately opt in to marketing communications. These can be opted out of at any time via the unsubscribe link provided.

2.6 Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with UK GDPR. We will never share or sell your data without your explicit consent.

3. Legal & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
