This bespoke wardrobe installation for Janet Gorman in Glasgow’s West End brought style and storage into harmony within a challenging architectural space. Built seamlessly into a sloped ceiling, the wardrobe makes the most of every inch while feeling beautifully integrated and considered.
The exterior features classic navy blue shaker-style doors, brought to life with brushed brass handles for a touch of sophistication. Internally, the warm woodgrain finish creates a sense of depth and quality, while the carefully planned layout includes soft-close drawers, open shelving, and hanging space.
To enhance usability and elevate the overall design, we installed vertical LED lighting within each compartment—offering both function and a luxurious glow. The result is a custom storage solution that not only fits the space perfectly but also enhances the character of the room.
This project is a great example of how tailored joinery can overcome architectural challenges while delivering on both practicality and aesthetics.
